Annual Christmas Grotto
Our 2020 Annual event is now over. An incredible $2000 has been raised and donated back into the community to help families here in Selwyn.
RUNNING TOTAL = $14,400
FEBRUARY 2014 – $500 for the Weedons School Garden Club
NOVEMBER 2016 – $3296 for In Her Honor
NOVEMBER 2017 – $3000 For In Her Honor
JULY 2018 – Supported Madeleine to raise $2000 for her School trip to Cambodia by providing prizes, events and a Lucky Dip at our stand at The Chch Brick Show.
NOVEMBER 2018 – $900 for In Her Honor, $450 for Weedons School, AND $450 for West Melton School – the schools used the funds to purchase resources for students with extra learning needs.
DECEMBER 2019 – $600 for In Her Honor, $600 for Fearless Frankie, $300 for Weedons School and $300 for West Melton School.
December 2020-$1000 for In Her Honor to be used on resources and therapy for Honor to support her development with Cerebral Palsy. $1000 for Fearless Frankie to use as funds for her Blood monitoring system, which means she does not need to prick her finger every hour to test her blood levels.
