“Behind the scenes, it’s planning, packing, and passion. But when we see classrooms buzzing with creativity and confidence, we know it’s worth every brick.”

Every workshop begins with a conversation. When a teacher makes an enquiry, we don’t just confirm a program—we ask two important questions:

  • What is one outcome you want to see from the day?
  • How will you measure success?

These answers shape everything we do. From there, we create a custom timetable that fits the school’s schedule—start time, breaks, and finish—usually resulting in four sessions of 45–70 minutes each.

Next, we send teachers a detailed plan, including:

  • Activity outlines with aims, extensions, and simplifications
  • How teachers can engage during sessions
  • Expected learning outcomes
  • Learning space preparation tips and arrival times

After one final check-in (because reassurance matters!), we load up the van—packed with over 170,000 LEGO bricks in a fun range of shapes, sizes, and themes.

Then set-up day is when the real excitement happens! 🙂

We unload 13–16 boxes, ramps, trays, wheels, mats, base plates, and health & safety signage. We brief staff for 15 minutes to ensure everyone understands the play rules and how to get the most out of the day. Total setup time? About 75 minutes—and yes, a good cup of tea is essential!

One key principle guides us: teachers know their students best. We encourage flexibility—adapt activities, make the most of resources—while respecting our play rules.

Behind the scenes, it’s planning, packing, and passion. But when we see classrooms buzzing with creativity and confidence, we know it’s worth every brick.
