Workshop Subscription

TERMS AND CONDITIONS.  Please read and tick the box to  be able to submit the registration

1. A year’s subscription expires on the 30 November each year.  Whatever month you subscribe in during 2023 you have until 30 November 2023 to access the resources.  You can watch the workshops as many times as you need.  If you sign up on 1 December 2023 you have until 30 November 2024 to access the workshops and their resources.  If you require further clarification on this please contact Rachel: 021 02283824 or  info@houseofbricks.co.nz
2. The House of Bricks and Creative Pedagogy site and all the content, features, and functionalities (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, video and audio, and the design, selection and arrangements thereof) are owned by House of Bricks Ltd, its licensors, or other providers of such material are protected by New Zealand and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intelligential property or proprietary rights laws. 
3. These Terms of Use grant you personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-refundable access to use the material on this site. You may access the material on-site only for your personal use. You may not use it for commercial or public purposes to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, or republish content and intellectual property. You may not download, store or transmit any of the material on the site, except to complete the workshop series. This also applies to use on mobile devices according to these Terms of Use. 
4. You must not: 
   1. Modify or make copies of any of the Creative Pedagogy material.
   2. Use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from the accompanying text.
   3. Use any of the content to produce or present your own professional development.
   4. Reverse engineer – otherwise attempt to steal any part of the content of the Creative Pedagogy Workshop series. 
   5. Any use of the site not expressly permitted by these Terms of Use is a breach of these Terms of Use and may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
